REFUNDS & RETURNS

Can I return a product purchased from the UK? We're happy to accept returns for unopened and unwanted items within 7 days of your purchase. Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept opened items.

How about returns from outside the UK? If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us for assistance and guidance on resolving the matter.

To initiate a return, we recommend using your local Post Office's 'Royal Mail Signed For' service. Ensure you obtain proof of postage for tracking purposes. Please securely pack your return, clearly displaying our address on the parcel's exterior. Include a note with your name, order number, and reason for the return.

Can I return a defective item? 
Contact us first via email, live chat, or phone to discuss potential troubleshooting steps. If the fault persists and requires a return, we'll cover postage costs (up to £5) for refund or replacement. 

What if I receive the wrong item? Please reach out with a picture of the incorrect item and your receipt, showing the 'picker and packer' details. We aim to resolve such issues within 24 hours.

How does the refund process work? Refunds are issued to the original payment method. It may take up to 5 working days for your bank or PayPal to process the refund, typically occurring on the same day.
